David Letterman once commented that President Reagan had met with Japanese Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone. Letterman added that he mentioned it only because he enjoyed saying “Yasuhiro Nakasone”.
Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Mitsubishi, Yokohama, Daihatsu, Panasonic, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Fuji, Seiko, Nippon, Okinawa, Tokyo and Sayonara. I might be able to think of a few more if I try, but I think that about covers it.
Seems unlikely that a U.S. network would show a Japanese movie with neither dubbing nor subtitles, but maybe the real concern is that Ruthie can’t read fast enough yet.
I love Toshiro Mifune: he was Shogun , the Fastest Gun the West the Fastest Sword in East, and was in a lot of the classic Akira Kurosawa movies https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toshiro_Mifune

Is the show an anime? (I can see Suzy as a fan of SAILOR MOON or CARDCAPTOR SAKURA…)
