When you’re driving a 500 pound golf cart crossing against a 4000 pound Fiasco, assuming you have the right of way is not going to get you to the shuffleboard court sooner. Especially if Burl is driving the Fiasco. (Ain’t that a great name for a car?)
It has to be the blue hat. Julie would never disguise a “B” as an “8.” It just wouldn’t be fair. There is too much prestige riding on these Find-Its.
Hey, everybody – I was right! The comic from 3/11 was a repeat from 9/21/07!! Whoever guessed what the reporter was actually saying was right, “You look like the ocean and the stars together.”
Just wanted you all to know I wasn’t crazy!! Well, at least about this.
How can so many people be so wrong. In the first place, the cap is not pink, it”s sort of a purple. And the number on it is a “3.” The “8” is a distortion of the “b” in “limbo” on the street sign.
What I want to know is — Why is everybody stopped? There are no stop signs. That Hover rider is either nuts or he doesn’t know who he’s dealing with or he’d be at a dead stop. And, if not at a dead stop, he could put the adjective in front of his name.
tomsmomma, Julie has written “nostalgia week” on the top of the panel, so I’m guessing all this week’s are reruns. Notice the “2010” in the upper left corner has obviously been re-done.
I’m guessing Julie is taking a vacation.
Is Fiasco made by an American or foreign car company? Trying to figure out the Do Not Follow bumper sticker; like it belongs on the front to be read in the mirror, but who’s it for? And what street are the Pennys driving on? I’d love to know the corner of Limbo and (what)?
Thanks, Ray C! I never noticed the “Nostalgia Week” printed at the top, my eyes skimmed right over it thinking it was the “find it” (which I tend to ignore because I usually can’t find it).
I was so bummed when my local paper stopped carrying this strip.
I’ll have to admit that the “B” in Limbo St. looks mighty like an “8.” Still, Julie just would not do that to us. The blue cap is a better pick.
She should publish the answer. How many person-hours of sleep will be lost tonight? And with DST coming tomorrow to boot. Lawsuits may follow.

I thought it was the sign, but what about the blue cap on the rear window ledge…..
leakysqueaky712 over 14 years ago
It also could be the “B” on I Brake for squirrels
But I think its the street sign.

The blue cap looks like an eight, too. Let’s go with all three.

Agreed. It’s the blue cap.

@Joe-Allen:
In some communities, golf carts have the right of way over cars (e.g., Sun City, AZ, the last time I was there).

Stay away from the blue caps. The ones you should be looking for have spots….ooops I was thinking about something else, never mind.

That’s Lim80 Street. Not Limbo.
The scooter is still moving, so let’s hit him!
One bumper sticker says, “Do not follom.” I wonder what that means?
Illonois is west of Alabma?
What a Fiasco.

Illonois is west of Alabma? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Nah, I enlarged it – it says “Land of Lincoln”! But it *is* west of Alabama.
Oh, yeah – I vote for Blue Cap too.
