Select a sweet variety so no garnishments are necessary.Pull back the husk without removing it.Remove the silk.Fold back 2 – 3 layers of the husk, remove excess layers.Tear strips from the removed husks and use them to tie up the husk you left on the corn.Soak the corn in water for 15 – 30 minutes.Remove from water and drain. On very low heat (< 300 degrees) grill for 20 minutes turning a 1/4 turn every 5 minutes.Remove from grill, remove husk (CAREFUL IT WILL BE VERY HOT), serve.
Living most of my life in Southern California, I love everything about summer. Not looking forward to my second winter here in Northern Idaho with snow and cold.
I love swimming in the summer. Everything else is better in cooler weather (still have plenty to enjoy, but it WOULD be better without added heat and humidity). I appreciated the ceiling fan this morning.

I don’t like summer. Too hot. Stay inside with the good air conditioning. Nice and cool.

I love the fresh fruits and veggies in the summer. I especially love spending extra time with my kid.

The best thing about the beginning of fall is the concord grapes and pomegranates. Yummmm.
