    Pretty durn slow sand, IMHO.Just how do the vultures intend to eat him once he is submerged?Am I thinking too hard, THOM?

    Hop to the question of what quicksand actually is— and the fact that a person can easily float on it, do a slow paddle to the edge, and climb out.

    It used to be considered dangerous because Hollywood presented it as such, but Quicksand is not that dangerous.
