He’s thinking that if he used three slices and added three or four kind of deli meats, cheese and a fee pickles, he might get it to three pounds, perhaps by adding a bag of chips. After all, one must at least try..(It might take two of those sandwiches. One in each hand. A balanced diet is important.)
Proper weight training isn’t lifting the heaviest weights, but lifting the proper size weights using the correct technique to work the muscle group you are trying to improve. No pain No gain is not a good guide to proper weight training. Pain usually will result in Injury!
