I love praying mantids. They are beautiful insects and many people keep them as pets.

What happens to Chubby and the $2,000.00 for selling that car? Crime pays I guess even in the comics until they catch him. Maybe by August 2015 they will.

Just hope it doesn’t grow to giant size and become a preying mantis.

Don’t you mean 2004? Remember, GA characters age in real time.

@jollyjack – I answered your question late yesterday. In case you missed it, Boog was born in August, 2004. That would make him 10 years old.

Boog had better be careful. I don’t think we’re allowed to say “praying mantis” in a public school. The ACLU’s feelings might be hurt.

Go back and take a look at the original charter for the ACLU. You will change your mind about them.

A praying mantis got into my house, and my cat was gently batting at it. The praying mantis fought back with its front legs. Fiesty little things they are. I rescued it from my cat and put it outside. They lay their eggs on the bark of my snowball bush, so I have plenty of them in my yard.

How does a comic strip about a little boy with a bug become political?
