Oh the irony!

There are SO many ways to extinguish the ego. Stop eating for a month or two. Drive into a bridge abutment. Sky-dive without a parachute. Yeah, SO many ways.

Extinguishing your Ego doesn’t bring Enlightenment, Controlling it works Wonders though!

And when you come back, and I know you’ll be back, will you bring a pair of scissors and a razor? I really need to cut my hair and trim this beard…
