I was reading a comment where someone thought you could wash off the GMO. People are afraid of stuff and not even sure what they’re scared of! Like the stupid gluten thing. if you don’t have Celiac’s, it is not a problem folks!
People are afraid of GMOs. They won’t let companies irradiate food to kill the bacteria (although they gladly pop things in the microwave all the time). But they will eat meat packaged in poisonous Carbon Monoxide gas.
Real meat turns brown in about a day – it’s still very edible, but people like to buy red meat.
They also expect their salmon to be pink. Real salmon get the pink color from eating krill. Farm-raised salmon have to be dyed that color.

Not as afraid as the food companies are that they might have to accurately label their products. They spend millions to keep consumers in the dark.
