In case you’re unaware, comics are drawn and submitted to the syndicate weeks in advance.

Or did you expect Fagan to jump into his time machine and go back and fix it based on an online comment he probably never saw?

Fagan’s gone Shakespearean on us. “Fair is foul and foul is fair”

Women absolutely will not shut up until we obey their brainless suggestions women are evil that way. Then they won’t shut up about how stuped we were for just trying to get them to shut up and leave us alone.

Keith: I’m pretty sure stuped is actually spelled stupid. What a catch you must be – look out, ladies!

As a kid I was at a hockey game and the puck came flying into the crowd.I ducked down below the seat in front of me and the woman behind me got hit squarely in the kneecap.I felt a weird sense of guilt.

The strip is drawn correctly. Most batters are right-handed, most pitchers are right-handed, and most fouls hit by right-handed batters against right-handed pitchers are into the stands on the first-base side (colloq. “the right side” of the field.) Further, in every ball park, there are more seats behind the foul lines than behind the outfield.

The Drabble family is sitting in foul territory on the first base side. The only problems with this depiction of America’s past time are (1) sell-outs in September are rare, and (2) 500 foot foul balls are even rarer.
