Why do we put up with illegals regardless of where they came from? Laws should be obeyed for everyone’s benefit. All laws, not just the ones you agree with.

Trump says it boldly and never apologizes for his true thoughts. Now any who do it is looked upon as copy cats of the leader.
In all seriousness, I think the never apologizing thing is key. It very much appeals to a certain segment of the electorate, and the strategy has been used by many a Republican politician to successfully ride out one scandal or another.

Fingers crossed that the next one to bow out is Rick Santorum, then Mike Huckabee and then all of the others that want to tear down the wall the separates and protects government from religion.
