I occasionally hear owls around here in the middle of the night. About two or three years ago I saw an owl in a tree the following morning out in the backyard. Well, more the field the abuts the backyard.

And this WWI Sopwith fighter pilot is afraid of what is happening in the dark?? C’mon Snoopy, give us a break!!!

one of my dogs is just like snoopy, she comes running for cover if anything scares her, the other one is right outside barking blindly at whatever noise he heard.

Probably just the cat next door.

He really wanted to get into Charlie Brown’s bed because he was cold.

We live on a wooded lot next to a small lake. There be all kind of critter noise at night. When my son came to visit, he asked how we could sleep at night with all that noise, “It sounds like a jungle.” We think it sounds neat.

Dogs and cats are better than kids. They eat less, don’t ask for money all the time, are easier to train. Usually come when called, never drive your car, don’t hang out with drug using friends, don’t drink or smoke, don’t worry about buying the latest fashions, don’t wear your clothes, don’t need a gazillion dollars for college, and if they get pregnant, you can sell the results…

Charlie Brown has a double bed? Luxury! I only had a single until I moved out of home.
