Well at least when the strip is in black and white, the cop no longer appears to be wearing lipstick.

Prediction: The body is a decoy, with a tattoo identical to D’buckworth’s, ‘cause he’s trying to fake his own death, probably as part of a convoluted scheme to keep the government’s hands off his money.

How did the tattoo manage to remain intact after the skin became decomposed? I’ll leave this for our resident expert on Matters Tracy, Flight Suit, to explain in his own scientific terms.

A large tattoo, ooo, can’t wait to see what it is! Or maybe this will be the last mention of it…sigh…

Fortunately, Vista, nobody on the police force will ever think to ask these kinds of questions.

Flight Suit:

I agree the cop looks better in B&W. Yesterday he looked like a frozen zombie.

And yesterday the cop said the body was in a shallow lake. Now today it’s in a creek. Details and images change like in a dream.

Maybe this strip should be retitled “Litter Dick In Slumberland.”

And since Tracy is a detective, will we see him do some DETECTING this time around? Or will it be more fleeing?

3D, being a billionnaire, probably had the tattoo done at “Tattoos Forever and Beyond” whlch’ll take Tracy to Hotzie Needles, the tattoo artist for questioning.

Upon closer inspection of the decomposed body, I see an undecomposed arm and hand reaching up for help and what appears to be two shoeless feet. Why, in the name of The Marx Bros. haven’t the arm and feet decomposed along with the rest of the body? Is the policeman that is standing thigh deep in the stream/creek/pond/puddle unarmed?

I tell ya’ guys, this is one spooky place!

One last question for tonight. What in the wide world of sports happened to Chris Chendo, the master of Stradivarius conversions and Half Note (worked for Virgil Ohso)?

yes :) i said tattoo yesterday hopefully a giant moneybag sign from scrooge mcduck normally hands and feet go first - they’ll sometimes find a shoe with a foot in it long before they find the floating torso
