JJ: Thanks .The wall decor-- the toasters, tires, hair dryers, etc.-- will be sprayed day-glo colors. I don't know about the sinks yet. Mike: Maybe you should leave them white. You know, so people can find them. JJ: What, and place function over form? Subjugate irony and energy to utilitarianism? Mike, this isn't Oklahoma! Mike: Quite right. JJ: God, the critics would have a field day!

The most “utilitarian” urinal I knew was in our city park. Just a long ceramic trough attached to the wall. Heaven help you if you were six years old and too short to, er, hang over…
