When I’m on vacation I don’t a rats south end about my job. I’m hoping that they hired someone else to do my job. That would make me very happy actually.

Honey, what would Oprah say if she heard my sexy young boss said I did a good job, then winked? Ouch!

Oh, ignore him and let him suffer in silence. Or you could make up something to mess with his mind…but make sure he pays the bill first.

As much as I hate stereotypes, I think it’s true; women really do have a tendency to read too much into things.

Now, whether we act on it, or believe ourselves first thing is a whole different ball game…

Irving is so, so right! Could be the story of my life.

I sure as heck know that I read way too little into things! And I’ve finally figured out after 20 years what Irving has found out in one year. (Which is that women’s secret language, or their skill at hearing what’s not said, can yield information I can really use.)

The problem is, my wife has heard me say for years that she “reads way too much into things,” and/or that she “never actually says” what she expects me to understand (because it’s between her lines), so by now she’s fed up with it all and not nearly so eager to save me from myself anymore.

Men can be slow to catch on. Timing is everything. Aaack.
