A & J are remarkably current today.

She asks a very good question….After he says that he already knows,he should ask her a question about it, or at least add some new details..Each one of those subjects is ripe for discussions….The butterflies? I’d love to hear more details about that! What’s wrong with Arlo today? It can’t just be the fact he doesn’t have any coffee…..He’s just out of it for some reason,,,Phoning it in….

Why doesn’t he? Well, according to a supposedly scientific study that came out about four years ago, the majority of women have an actual physical need to talk. Somehow, talking releases various chemicals in the female body that produce feelings of happiness, etc.

Most men don’t have that biological need, along with usually not having the verbal skills that women have. On average, males lean toward spatial and mechanical.

Wow. Not bad. Only one week from news to comic strip. Isn’t the digital age grand?

All the other reports I have seen say the drone hit the aircraft. Given their respective speeds, I trust Janis over all other news sources.

Say little and say it well.

Why should he tell her and deprive her of the joy of discovering them on her own?

Sometimes when you try to share, your wife doesn’t want to hear it.Tread lightly.

Share in a way that makes your partner want to investigate the issue on their own.

No news on the baby eagles? They are growing fast.

So they didn’t see the bit about the drone really being a plastic bag?

When I start to tell my wife something, she hijacks the conversation and I never get to finish. I’ve learned not to tell her anything I don’t have to tell her.

I think that you might have hit upon an important truth.

Maybe it’s not that men lack verbal skills.

Maybe it’s that we just don’t get a chance to use them.

My husband never uses 10 words when a 100 will do!! I am the quiet one in this house.

As a general rule. Men only talk when they have something to say. Women on the other hand…. just sayin.
