Haha, I am pretty sure I couldn’t resist reaching down to pet Page! Mule Day’s parade today up in Bishop! Biggest mule event in the world! Love those long long ears. I normally avoid crowds but never miss this celebration.

This brings back memories. As a teacher, I had to take many classes. I ended up with a Masters Plus 45 hours certification although I had many more classes than that.cute:

Although I can barely use my left hand, the neurologist found carpal tunnel in both hands and said my right hand and wrist is actually worse! Go figure. Back to the drawing board.

Butting in on somebody else’s conversation, Four years ago, I was a two shots a day diabetic. Then I had an accident due to my then doctor’s actions. When I got home from the hospital, I was only taking metformin, a pill for diabetics. When I got my A1c down to 5.9% through diet and weight loss, my new doctor took me off it and I currently take no medicine for my diabetes. No exercise, just diet and weight loss. (sigh) I miss sweet foods.

Update on my friend: surgery went well, biopsy results will arrive early next week. He has a spinal tap on Monday and will be going home later that day.

Happy Caturday. As usual, I have to work today. I work retail and seldom get Caturdays off. Sometimes I get so jealous of my cats! They get to stay home while I go to work to make money for cat food and cat litter and cat toys. Oh yeah – I spend a little of my money on food for myself too. And bills, bills, bills…. enough of that – hope you all have a great day!

Drat, there are some mighty fine gluten-free bakeries up here tho………..sigh
