Just because we are more advanced than other species on this planet doesn’t mean we are all THAT advanced.

On the contrary, in the growth-span of a mature advance race in this galaxy, we are still toddlers, just barely ahead of the rest of the life forms here on Earth. Learning reasoning, original idea and developing language is just the first baby step.

Actually…DefCon (Defense Condition)12 would be beyond even RJ’s level of slack.

The lower the number, the greater the threat.

DefCon 5 is Lowest state of readiness

4 = Increased intelligence watch and strengthened security measure

3 = Increase in force readiness above that required for normal readiness

2 = Next step to nuclear war (only reached once, applied to SAC during the Cuban Missile Crisis)

1 = Nuclear war is imminent

So DefCon 12 would be somewhere around the level of a decades long coma.

It took a while to set this up but I should of known that there had to be Verne abuse………..RJ’s level of Slack,love that line !
