So the ‘Air Tomb’ is – Quite literally – “Carriage Class.”

Breaking news out of Dallas, TX: 11 police officers hit by gunfire, out of those 4 fatalities. Took place during a peaceful protest. One, possibly two snipers with rifles. Officers were apparently specifically, deliberately targeted.

Situation remains ongoing and unresolved.

I’ve a very clear mental picture of someone being shipped somewhere in rather luxurious style inside a crate, a film or TV memory, but I’m not sure where it’s from.

The bulk of Mike Curtis’ Superman collection (described as the third largest in the world, 17,000 artifacts) has arrived in Cleveland. He donated the items to the Cleveland Public Library.

How did Abner know Tracy was going to England ?

That is a good question. He did seem to know about it in advance. In fact, it looks like he might be arriving in England before Tracy does.

Update out of Dallas: One of the gunmen is currently holed up in a parking garage and occasionally popping off shots.

Gunman is shouting things like “The End Is Near,” says there are bombs “All over the place,” though that might be a bluff.

The authorities believe that a total of four people are involved. At least one woman, possibly. Also a Cadillac.

Looking more and more likely that they were specifically targeting police officers.

Update out of Dallas: A fifth police officer has died.

This all having taken place within blocks from Dealey Plaza and the book repository.

quick story, my sister used to hang out in a bar and met a guy named karl who was the bartender. They got to talking and she mentioned that I have a huge comic book collection, and he said his father used to draw comics for a living. she came over to our house a few days later (she had moved out years earlier) and asked me if I knew who Kurt Schaffenberger was. In the end, I have several Supergirl comics that Kurt autographed for me AND he gave me a panel of artwork from a Supergirl comic that he had drawn, and he autographed it for me..wish I knew where that was right now

Rikki cleans up quite nicely when the job requires it. This clean-cut look also makes her less memorable, more able to blend into the background, as she goes about fulfilling ""contracts" for Abner….

I figure the box will be put into the cargo compartment. That why it needs to be an “airtomb” and not just a box. It probably has some oxygen rigged up.

I imagine the airtomb to be somewhat like this earthquake-proof bed with builit-in supplies.
