Then, why, may I ask, are you trying to read a newspaper?

My eyesight is great but I don’t see so well in the dark. I try to give Peter the benefit of the doubt but he really is such a doofus.

QOTD #1: As long as I don’t get it checked my eyesight is fine.

QOTD #2: Used to when I was younger, but now it seems that the dark has gotten much darker.

QOTD #1 fine, with glasses Fuzzy without. I prefer without sometimes……..like last night. Which brings us to my hearing. Drat… I could hear it just fine.QOTD #2: Of course I read in the Dark, I have a Nook and an iPhone.

How’s my eyesight? Been near-sighted since I was 16. Now it’s weird. Sometimes I can see better with my glasses on and other times I can see better when they are off. Either way, though, I need a magnifying glass to read little tiny print, like on medicine bottles. So I will start on another tangent!! Why do manufacturers make lettering so DANG small? Especially on something as important as medicine bottles???

Gosh…first Kyle says I emit light, then Apikoros says I think I’m bright, which I don’t…but now I hear that Bev needs sunglasses.

Maybe I’m doing something I’m not aware of…Should I be wearing a lampshade so I don’t get in trouble?

Anyhow…. I think I’ve been near-sighted since I was born.I remember an argument with a kindergarten teacher who wanted me to draw trees with leaves, instead of just green cloudy shapes…I insisted you couldn’t SEE leaves on trees.

I didn’t know they were visible at a distance of more than a few inches….or that you could see blades of grass in the lawn…till I got glasses at 7.I distinctly remember that revelation. And seeing the writing on the blackboard. Wow!I wore contacts from 16 to my late 20’s, but they damaged my eyes.Glasses ever since.Progressive lenses in this century…but I still take them off to see better up close. VERY close.
