Hello, Bobbi!
A “mother figure.” From L.A. (Oh, brother…)
To me, this seems about the start of the “normal” run of the strip. Got all the early floundering out of the way and the long-lasting characters start to become refined and defined.
The Bloom County that we know and love is about to start to take shape, Cutter next and then of course Opus.
Bringin’ in a couple of keys?
“The Bloom Blab:” Must have been before it became the Beacon – “the world’s most dangerous newspaper.”
Oh, mama…
Hey, teach! Wanna keep me after school?
Ah, Bobbi Harlow, one of those early characters that I wished BB would have kept around at least a little while longer.
