You can make some really remarkable bread in that machine, Agnes. I use mine all the time – never again store-bought-white-bread.
Lots of different types of bread, not sure if I would call them different flavors though. (Rye flavor, Pumpernickle flavor, Sourdough flavor, etc… )
Try some Russian Black Bread for intense flavor (coffee, molasses, fennel seed). It’s one of my bread machine favorites.

White bread the dead bread. And with my kidney condition that is the only bread I can eat. No whole grains either. Ironically I stopped eating it decades ago to eat bread with flavor and nutrition.
