Lots of ways to afford Christmas. Give homemade gifts, buy gifts throughout the year on sale, etc. But yeah, jackreacher is right…nothing much going on in today’s strip.
Actually Junior has come up with a good idea. I have thought this out before. Instead of boatloads of gifts at Christmas and birthday, give gifts through the year when someone wants or needs a particular thing. Give surprise gifts. Just make sure they know that for Christmas they’ll get one or two gifts instead of many. It’s easier on the pocketbook to spread through the year and there’s that good feeling of giving and surprising people you don’t have to wait for once a year.
