Current number of subscriptions to this site is 11,877. It’s increased over a thousand since January of 2018. Annie was canceled back in 2010 and its popularity continues to increase. When it was canceled back then there was a bunch of us that would not let this strip die. We began posting discussions, fan fiction, home-made comics, and links to other Annie strips. As a result of our efforts, I believe, Annie has not died. Instead it continues to thrive. Now, to show their appreciation, GoComics has all but stopped us from posting links. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’m pretty disgusted.
