This is funny:( The electrical power has been out in my apartment for two months:( I’ve had to improvise:( I plugged an extension cord into my neighbor’s outlet to power my apartment, without his knowledge or consent:) I still receive an electric bill:( Strange, my electric bill has gone up:( What does the building’s management say? They can’t fix the electrical problem in my apartment but they will rent me another apartment in the back of the building over two stinkin dumpsters, FOR AN EXTRA HUNDRED DOLLARS A MONTH!!! Please, please, please don’t tell my neighbor I’m stealing his electricity:( He’s a super-nutty and that ain’t funny:(
