well done, Bernice, spilling the beans of Piro’s hiding to Tiffany

Well Tiff. Somehow, some way, MOST of THIS is going to end up being YOUR Fault….,

At least it sounds like Bernice is going to try to resolve the situation by telling the truth. If Bernice admits that Piro was in her room until midnight, Tiff won’t be able to use that information against Bernice.

Who’s busted now, Bernice?

Bernice is his alibi.

Now Tiff will give Bern hell for having Piro in her room after hours. Turnabout is fair play!

No ones commenting on the fact that vending machine contents are on the coffee table?

Now is the time for everyone to watch the security video tape. Get the leftover popcorn.

And, why isn’t Dez back yet? All the commotion ought to bring out half the dorm.

It is interesting that in this situation, Tiffany’s choice is to run to Bernice. There was a time when that never would have happened.

Typical… Tiffany more worried about herself than anyone else. I’m glad to see Bernice is gonna come clean and save Piro from making a HUGE mistake. Is that jealousy from Tiff in the last panel?? And where the hell is Dez?? Can’t wait till Monday!

Tiff sounds like some of the commentators here. Blame him without a stick of proof against him. Now is the time for Bernice to step up.

Heh, heh, the classic “Counter Trey Run Fake Play, Left Side”. Where somebody accuses someone of the wrong thing, and somebody mistakes that someone for another thing…and a wild “goose chase” ensues (a la “What’s Up, Doc?”, the Streissand/Redford movie), or in this case, no chases, maybe- everyone just gets “wound up” over what they think is going on (sort of like a “Seinfeld” episode)…

….which means “Lucy’s got some ‘xplainin’ to do”. Question is, which one will be the one to end up doing the actual ‘xplainin’?

Okay so Bernice will implicate herself, and Tiffany angry that Piro is possibly becoming involved with Bernice will follow her to the security office, and implicate herself, but as the hint is given out, the video feed should settle who busted the vending machine, although the TV mystery is still out there. What a mix of passion, confusion, mojo (whether he knows or not) and two different women being intersected by that mojo. How this works out will be a real case of comic strip legerdemain. Rock on Greg!

Looks like Tiffany has now set some stuff in motion…sort of like the start of a “Rube Goldbergt device”. All these things coming out in the wash, a bit at a time!

And it sort of explains Tiffany’s fearful look, in her overhearing the conversation, yesterday. And now, like all the cords in the back of my entertainment center/stereo system, it’s going to take a bunch of twists or so to get everything straightened out.

…..not to mention, Bern just “spilled” to Tiffany that Piro was “just recently here”. But now, looking at the table, Tiffany finally realizes that by “just here”, Bern actually meant “Just here”.

Why am I not surprised that Tiff is only worried about what happens to HER and that Piro was with someone else?? “me…me…me” as usual!

I had a feeling Tiff was going to go tell Bernice anyway we need to hurry up and finish hopefully another 2 more weeks and they at least get to know each other

Is this the same Tiffany who has been wowing the readers with her great advances in maturity (by getting a nerd study-buddy / private tutor)? One step forward, two steps back. Same with the other main characters, slowly advancing beyond their Middle School mindset. But at least Bern is finally showing some responsible behavior.

Gee – I’m holding my breath for tomorrow night – to see if Luann remembers to take Puddles outside…

Looks like Bernice made the right decision here. and funny to see Paris(Tiffany) become so overwhelmed and underwhelmed at the same time……….. by her own act. and she thought they were noticing her! sadly on Monday we will move on to another arc, as usual, so we can only hope for the best.

Tiff is a slow listener.

…this is the most college like story arc, yet…

Lots of comments with things like “Tiff is only worried about herself” and “Bernice is worried about P” Nope, Bernice is worried about Bernice. Bernice thinks she loves Piro. Saving someone you love, or think you do, is still all about you.

yes tiff, your exclusive is now void.

A few anti-fans will be frustrated when the video shows the vending machine glass spontaneously breaking. A botched escape attempt by a gang of Nuts? Cloaked aliens? Poltergeists? Stay tuned!

This is turning into a LUannverse version of “may the (snacks) be ever in your favor!”

I sure don’t like this new comics. Why does it take so long to load now? Some times I have to hit the back button on each comic then the forward one to get the comic to load. This is not a improvement at all. Not sure it will be worth the preferred pay. All so I have a bunch for adds for other comics at the top of my page. Make is simple please

We can only hope that Bee will straighten up and fly right, now, by telling the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth to Campus Security. But I have my doubts.

On the other hand, I see nothing seriously to be criticized in Tiffany’s behaviors today. She runs to Bee, whether because Bee is the R.A. or because Bee is an old “friend” (Tiff wouldn’t distinguish between “friends” and “acquaintances” from her lonely Pitts High days) and a friend to Piro as well. In panel 2, she impishly plays directly to the camera/us as it occurs to her that she could be implicated. And in panel 3, she observes that Piro and Bee have been here, doing whatever, alone together….

Roll tape!

Just an aside, but I just realized that Tiffany has had the same hairstyle since middle school, unlike just about every other female character she grew up with. Wouldn’t you think someone like Tiffany would constantly be experimenting with different hairdos?

What gallantry. What nobility. What stupidity. All this from the supposedly street smart campus bad boy? What baloney! BLEECH!

I feel that somehow Piro is going to survive. Greg can do it.

Piro, Tiff, & Bernice: busted, busted, & busted!!!

What does “OMYGAW” even mean, and what’s a “gaw”?

I applaud Bernice for her current intentions to do the right thing by Piro. He wouldn’t have even been this mess if she hadn’t lured him into her den with her feminine wiles and kept him overlong with her temptations (AKA food).

(And to those ready to jump on me asking if I haven’t already read the comments, no, I haven’t yet, so any redundancy is ignorantly ignored by moi.)

Tiff’s attention deficit problem is showing. Who cares about the mystery in the dorm, she’s bugged that Piro and Bernice were together.

WHY A CLIFFHANGER NOW?!?!!?!?

Tiff’s expression changed from crybaby to a knowing woman in one frame. It’s hard not to like her these days (the short skirt always helps).

Today high drama, tomorrow, Puddles.

Tiffany dresses as she wants to be perceived…..clean and attractive. Bernice dresses for comfort….black tee, jeans, and no makeup. Many men dress in a manner that they think will get them respect. Most guys, however, go with the baggy jeans and sweatshirt look. Which image do you care to project? I have to admit, though, it’s kinda’ fun to walk into an upscale auto dealership, looking a little shabby, and see how the salesmen ignore you, or make excuses why you can’t take a test ride.

You’d think that after having to pointlessly catalogue her belongings. Tiffany would be rightfully unwilling to help, but that won’t matter in the long run I expect. Bernice is supposed to be the heroine for some reason, but it really doesn’t make any sense, as usual

why would he want your stupid tv when he doesn’t have a place to put it. Yeah ok sure he could sell it but really why that would be too much trouble. Not to mention the fact that since snacks are overpriced, wouldn’t you steal the money in the vending machine and not the snacks? I mean use your head.

Erin Moran, who played her for 11 years, has passed away at the age of 56.
