She was one for the record book. She was all song and dance. She would beat the rap with an airtight alibi. Nothing was going to stop this lady. She was on a one way ticket to Paradise. The Judge was secretly her lover.
Homicidal Overconfidence is a novel by Peppi Ness, published in 1983. It details the swath of destruction left by a young woman of unusual vigor and a tendency toward trouble. The hard cover featured a blurb from the Dystopian Times, which said, “Her boundless drive and energy would eventually kill her. Until then, it was killing everybody in her path”.
I see Pab over at The New Adventures of Queen Victoria is getting jerked around by GoComics in a manner similar to what’s happening with Our Lady of the Lame.
Is there someone we should contact? Some product we could boycott? (I fear the Overlords are working both sides of the street by owning shares in AdBlock.)
@MEH~TDOLOGY. What does Pab mean by “syndicate rankings”? Does he mean subscriber numbers? His numbers are 12K+ whereas Teresa’s are 31K+. I don’t see anything anywhere about ranking until one organizes everyone by subscriber number. In that case, there are dozens that rank BELOW Pab’s strip, such as strips new to GoComics. I’m not properly acquainted with the terminology being used by Pab, I guess. He’s far from last.
She was born to privilege and high expectations; her perkiness when frustrated rapidly turned to vindictiveness, and her retributive pranks soon became more and more destructive. It was not long before she reached the state of homicidal overconfidence.

Re: Arsenic -
In fact, handled with skill by a calculating murderer, the poison seemed to engender a homicical overconfidence.

The Suicidal Overconfidence became Homicidal because of the death count they run up before their own dissolution.

I can’t decide if she looks more like a (very) young Sally Field or a (very) young Mary Tyler Moore.
