Jeff: You don't want to know what kind of day I had. Havoc: Then I won't ask. Jeff: So I go to the Ministry of Counter-Narcotics to pick up the maps, wait three hours to be yelled at by some clerk... only to be sent to the Ministry of Livestock, where I fill out a stack of forms, wait four hours, then get sent back to Narcotics, which is closed. Havoc: Sounds like a day at the DMV. Jeff: This war in unwinnable.
