Going toward a pass in basketball is pretty much the same thing as a tight end/full back in football, though with a high one like this, (which I always hated) you’re going to get NAILED! I wouldn’t call that a good pass, LOL, just a painful one!

Nice of Trey to keep his giant hand away from the football.

Ahhmmm, Jaquan, maybe you ought to rethink this whole NBA thing. How many tight ends are there in the NFL that are ex-basketball stars? You could have a whole new career.

Oh, and Moose, you might want to think about getting your hair cut to a little closer to what Jaquan has going on if you want to try to make it as a receiver/fullback.

Heather now needs to lecture Jaquan about his improper hand placement.

Trey’s going to look pretty stupid when Jaquan blows out his knee again showing off for Heather.

Mr. Burns. Your “pass” had The Don leaping clear out of P1 to make the catch. Like Mandy Pepperidge told Eric Stratton, it wasn’t that great.

If he’s going toward the pass, why is his body momentum moving backwards?

Now, I know what this story line is about. Kevin is a petty thief. I’m pretty sure that hair strand in P-3 belonged to someone else.

When setting a story in a specific period, details matter. The artist avoided putting Jaquan in the long NBA-style shorts of today, but he didn’t really make them short enough for the 1970s Milford in which the story takes place.

So let me guess, Gil has a friend that is an NFL scout who just happens to be visiting the Thorps today. They wander by the field and see Jaquan making spectacular catches, and offers him a tryout with the Dolphins. He impresses and signs an NFL contract. He’s really too old for someone to take a chance on him, which would make it ridiculous for that to happen. Which is why it probably will happen.
