Is this Snoopy’s first use of “round-headed kid”? In an earlier strip, I remember him referring to his owner as “Charlie Brown”.

Is Woodstock going to be “Lassie” and run home and tell the round headed kid that Timmy fell in the well?….I mean, Snoopy has been shanghaied?

This would not fly in modern society. Several areas now have laws against tethering dogs outside.

It’s amazing how much different the coloring of the comic makes it.
