When I was a young man, I had to go for an ultrasound exam of certain south-of-the-border regions. I was lying naked on an exam table with a sheet over the relevant area when the technician came in. She was an extremely attractive young woman. This exam required her to apply a lubricating gel to the region to be scanned, then pass the ultrasound device, which emitted a gentle pulse, over the gel, with images captured on a screen and saved for doctors to look at later. I was trying to think of the proverbial “truckload of dead babies” while she did her thing. It could have been my imagination, but I thought she blushed slightly when she entered the room, as did I. Thankfully, we both got through the exam unscathed.
