Thank god for small favors.

I don’t want him, either, and it shocks me to say that I’d take him.

I hated George W. Bush, and I would take him in a heartbeat over the Repulsive Embarrassment who is there now.

and Hillary STILL isn’t President

I got my Christmas wish. I get to see all the lunatics complaining about taxes being cut, and Americans being freed from the tyranny of micro-managing bureaucrats. Nothing warms my heart like a whining SJW.

And for good measure Nikki Haley may be disemboweling the UN. Almost a perfect year.

Scott, why would you want Pence as president?

Pence has shown that he lies, as a percentage, even more often than Trump.

You want more stunts like flying 3000 miles at government expense to walk out of a football game for false (i.e. lying) reasons?

It’s good to remember that Trump picked Pence exactly as impeachment insurance.

If anyone is going to have made a Christmas wish why not bring back President Obama ? Yes he can’t serve a third term but c’mon Pence ?

Accept the reality that Trump is president. Actually he’s been a pretty good president. He’s cut regulations on a lot of things, though the administration still hasn’t gotten around to two of my biggest gripes, the regulations concerning gas cans, and those concerning cigars, and he got through a tax cut that included a repeal of the Obamacare individual mandate.

He says a lot of negative things about the press, but so what? How many people actually saw reporters as brave, decent upright citizens before All The President’s Men? Judging from their representation in popular culture, i.e., movies, not many. There are vastly more negative portrayals than positive ones before 1974. The presidents themselves have been overwhelmingly negative about the press, and their treatment. Trump is merely the first one who hasn’t been a doormat. Good for him.
