Gun owners don’t really care.

Aand so we start again. . . So far this year there have been 37 gun deaths in the US, and 1 mass shooting. Had enough yet? Ready to change something? No? Well then, carry on.

Tell it to the GOP and NRA by never voting for them.

Easily remedied: stop voting for republicAK47s (pronounced ‘CAKs’).

In a perfect Utopian world that would be the thing to do. Sadly we don’t live in Utopia.

Just for comparison, in 2017 there were 15,518 gun deaths in the US and 345 mass shootings (gunviolencearchive.org). You have to go back to Vietnam to have a war with a higher yearly death toll.

I recently saw the excellent new Pixar movie Coco (highly recommended) and noticed that the closing credits listed the name Lalo Alcaraz twice, once as a “cultural consultant” and again as one of the random voices.

A moment of silence will suffice, no?

My right to have a cool status symbol supersedes any child’s right not to be shot and killed!
