With a good run or ride 3-4 times a week, you’ll be wide awake and alert all day. I started that back when I was in school, and my grades jumped from C’s to A’s, and they stayed there.
Do both. Take your bike with you on the bus to work (attached to the front bumper, of course). You can read, and no shower required on arrival. Then ride the bike home after work…
