Cracked advised brushing right before meals, the idea being that the crud on your teeth helps similarly to oils in your hair. My dentist begged to differ.
Why yes, yes it does taste like mint chocolate ice cream. I shamefully confess that chocolate milk is generally my breakfast and I brush my teeth after breakfast, not before. I never did quite understand why people would brush their teeth before breakfast.
