Kids that age shouldn’t do headers anyway. The skull isn’t joined firmly yet and they first need to get their head together. Otherwise, it’s just a series of mini-concussions.

snapshot1940Thanks for the support. The same applies to bicycle kicks; no end to the things that can go wrong there. Stick with chest block, a step back, and kick. Most kids that age just chase the ball rather than developing a winning passing game.
