Maybe a window perch, so Mittens can have feline TV at his disposal. It’s amazing how long a cat can stare at something only they can see and then again, occasionally a lot can happen in front of them. eg, red squirrels coming up and tapping at the window, because they know the cat can’t reach them. Or a dragonfly will buzz around staring at the cat. It’s amazing how the wild outdoors can torment a cat. I know I’ve seen them do it to Petey.

Sharpie lids make great cat toys, but I wouldn’t give them to a cat until the pens were dried up.
