Seriously no TV? There is nothing ON TV worth watching. The programming is boring which is why Annie’s trouble is the computer.
Take away the computer.

You need to restrict access to that computer and any other device that has access to the internet. You can watch any TV Program online. Not to even mention all the other trouble you can get into online!
