Is that Sophie?

Sofa’s return!

Looks like seeing Sofa took the colour out of Alice’s Sweaters tree

Best friends forever.

I don’t think that is Sofa.

Beni has seen Soapy, too, so she is real. Beni is pretty stable and grounded.

I think that must be a little Vietnamese girl that Alice knows, the word she said sure sounds like a Vietnamese name.

I love that little bug-eyed kid in the hunting cap in the first panel. He captivates my attention entirely.

The ghost-like people in the background creates a pretty cool effect as well.

The nose looks a little smaller, but that might just be because she’s in 3/4 profile. Judging from Alice’s reaction, I’d say it HAS to be Sooky… Snafu… Sondheim… Whatever.

Sophie has always reminded me of one of the ‘Gashlycrumb Tinies’, so I’m guessing that is who is sitting next to Alice, much to Alice’s dismay.

Sofie! Her name is Sofie - as she will loudly tell Alice at least once during this week. I have a theory that Sofie is actually the love-child of Miss Bliss and Timmy Fretwork.

I love Sofie’s face.

Sofie is obviously dressed up with the ribbon in her hair while Alice and her Mom have come down with hat hair. I think “NGYAGH” means “I’ve got hat hair.”

Elaina, Stumpy is the weird new kid that showed up at Camp Blisshaven this past summer. Alice finally decided that she and Sanka were going to be best friends, but Sappho may have her own ideas about that. Particularly, Sof-Tee seems to take it amiss that Alice can’t seem to remember her (Slapshot’s) name. Go figure.
