For years? Where do they get them? My dog’s toys didn’t last the year. Unless, of course, someone replaced his destroyed toy with a new one when he wasn’t looking.
I gave my dog a plush platypus that made no noise when you squeezes, but moaned when you released it. She was so scared of it that we had to hide it away in a cupboard. About six months later she went to the cupboard and cut up barking until we remembered that was where her toy was. She accepted it and played with it for the rest of her life. Her grand-niece’s great-grandson has it now, and he loves it.
