Broomie and the gang have us watching them all day. They know! The real question is who is that looking at us?

Who goes whale watching in a dingy?

    Well, besides these fools.

Wrong whale species, Broomie. Many humpbacks enjoy being “watched”. They know the sounds of the whalewatch boats and will head for them, and the more attention they get (they seem to understand when “watchers” make noise by stomping on the deck), the more tricks (e.g., headstands and breaches) they’ll do.

Their whale-watching outing was completely unplanned – it was a sperm of the moment decision!

Sorry guys, but watching you is too exciting.

Seeing one of you sound or breach or just come up for a breath is so awe inspiring.
