Reminds me. I live near Detroit’s Eastern Market and we have a seasonal vender who sells their own pork products from early November to a week after Easter. They cure all their meats and their bacon is the best. I stock up and freeze it so I have it all year round. I doubt either Dean or Frank/Dean would meet their quality standards.
