Unfortunately, men in entertainment have increasingly been depicted as mindless buffoons like Roger. I know it’s supposed to be funny, and it’s PC to always depict women as being the more intelligent member of the relationship, but why can’t both men and women in entertainment “marriages” have their good and bad points, just like real life?
A friend of my big brother came back to OH for a visit after moving to FL; told of seeing an old guy back his Caddy (NY plates) into the surf & proceed to “wash” it with sea water.
