Lucy must not have read about Icarus.

Just like the story of the little boy swinging a dead cat over his head in the middle of the street.

Somebody should have told her what happened to Icarus.

Next time you want to touch sun without getting burned, try it at night!

An example(?) of the now discredited theory that children’s behaviour recapitulates aspects of primitive culture. Supposedly some of the ancient Greeks believed that the sun was only as large as it appeared.
