Adam sounds like Batman right there. I’d listen to him, kids.

Yesterday one of them said “Are you sure this is a good idea?” Reply: “Best idea ever.” Today those same someones are saying “Jig is up”, and “The jig is fine”. I’m going to guess Clayton is the first speaker and Katy is the 2nd speaker.

When my brother and I were kids we thought it was a good idea one morning to hide a small rubber snake under our mother’s pillow. We forgot all about it until we heard her scream as were brushing our teeth that night. We got in trouble for it, but since she has a strong heart and survived the incident, the three of us laugh about ‘that snake thing’ to this day.

Some times even a goof proves he is a good parent.

Sneaky way to use the same panel four times in a row with a few minor changes here and there.

Whoever said “the jig is up” is right. It’s time for a strategic pullback.

I wondered what had happened to Nick. I was in the hospital/Rehab for 3 weeks and decided to read all the Adam@Home comics. They started in 1995 and Nick was in almost every one at that time. I’m currently up to December 2003 and Nick is still in them. The original creator of this strip is Brian Bassett who sold the rights to Rob Harrell sometime in 2009. I figured that maybe Rob decided to deepsix Nick when he took over but apparently not. Anyhow, Nick is not new; guess he just woke up from a very long nap!

You wonder how many cartoonists just reuse art from older comics and slightly alter them.
