It’s not a collar; it’s a second tie.

And Ankle bracelets just fall right off a cat’s ankles.

Ha! My cat doesn’t do this when I change her collar. I suppose that is because she is not a Business Cat

Also use break away coolars as safer for them and us. It does give BC an aura of elegance and self confidence until panel 3. BC, just learn to ‘own it’.

It’s better than the ones that turn your head into a truncated cone.
