That was me when I was younger. Now that I am old, I have no problem getting up in the morning. Usually somewhere between 5:30 and 6 AM. I feel like it would be a shame to waste so much of the morning lying in bed when I can take a nap in the afternoon if I so desire.

If you got enough sleep you wouldn’t have that problem. Either wake up later or go to bed earlier.
