For me, flexitarian means that, despite my personal preferences, I can adapt to the people around me, without having to insult someone.
This is so very true.
Moderation in one’s diet is the key. The people who jump on the fad of the month diets will struggle…
There’s also the “No-No” diet, where you don’t eat anything.
The caveman diet seems special, too.
“Flexitarian” is a real word. I apply it to myself, because I avoid meat usually, not always.
Don’t forget the “SeeFood” diet! See food, eat it.
I have described my dietary preferences as “What doesn’t kil me makes me fatter”. And I ain’t. Unlike my gluten avoiding GF.
