1. Brutus spends an evening out of the house away fromhis loving(?) wife and sarcastic mother-in-law.
2. He finally gets to eat some decent food for a change.
3. And, his boss is being civil to him.
It’s good to see Brutus finally having a good day.
At that point… why stay married?

The boss inviting him over to dinner? I think not. That’s about as likely as Trump having Hillary over for taco Thursday.
Actually, for some reason I’m sure Lividea feels the same.
I assumed the boss (Veeblefester?) had invited him over to do the dishes.
Let’s take separate vacations together.
