Oh, that’ is a great 3rd frame! Love the mullet, the “Painters Hat” (as I call them) with the upturned bill, the laser background! If it weren’t for the shorts, I’d even think he was wearing Zubaz! Good old memories!

Stranger things have happened… not often, but I don’t believe the eighties were the weirdest things could get.
