I think I can be considered a religious zealot when it comes to peanut butter. I keep one of the big (5 lb, I think) buckets from Sam’s in my food pantry. In my younger days, I could eat it by the spoonful. Oddly enough, I’ve backed off some on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Now it’s mostly on saltines or Ritz crackers or toast. You’ll get my peanut butter from my cold, dead hands. I’m not sure what kind of science it is. But it’s certainly science.

Comfort food. Midnight snack. Great on bananas. Love it on Ice Cream. No end in sight.

Be careful with that Agnes. It might be your lunch for the next semester.

I dunno. Couldn’t the process of making peanut butter be a science, in a way? Of course, I think she’d have to make it herself to make it a project and not a report.

Peanut butter is both an art and a science.

Teach, do you even know how much science went into that jar of peanut butter? Uh, a lot, that’s how much! ☺

Maybe an exhibit about George Washington Carver?

There’s something almost Trumpian about Agnes’s effort to create a fog of uncertainty around the essential fact that a jar of peanut butter is not a science project.

I’ve had jars of peanut butter turn into science experiments…
